Rainy is one of season in the earth and occurs every one or more months of year. For Indonesia, it has period from October until April. According a large number of people said rainy is a grace from God. But, over time happens, it couldn't forecast regularly and became a disaster. Why that's happen? Increase population with their bottom habbits and account of transmigration in a region caused it happened. The people picked up a lot of letters everywhere where they want. Those letters included plastic which can't be reduce by soil easily and stop up all of the water flow.
Same with 2007 before, Jabodetabek got rainy and became flood. In January 2013, all people complained about this again.
